Is Mini-Bash excited about Valentine’s Day? Oh yeah. In Japan, girls give boys chocolates on Valentine’s Day. Boys do not. They instead return the favor a month later on White Day.
After initially having a crush on a teacher, Mini-Bash now likes a little girl in his class. They write each other notes in scrawled kiddy handwriting with things like “Thank you” and “See you.”
This afternoon, while eating a snack, Mini-Bash looked out the window and sighed, saying, “I wonder if I’ll get a Valentine.”
Oh to be 5 years-old!
