A Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 release without an active star is no longer a going concern, with the golfer's return to active duty at the Masters Tournament next month.

Scandalized golfer Tiger Woods got his start at the Masters Tournament in 1997, and that's where he'll make his return next month. The legendary golfer, plagued by personal relationship issues since late last year, will be hitting the green at Georgia's Augusta National Golf Club next month to participate in the tournament where his name was made.

"The Masters is where I won my first major and I view this tournament with great respect," Woods said in a statement released by his agent. "After a long and necessary time away from the game, I feel like I'm ready to start my season at Augusta."

Tiger has spent the past two months undergoing inpatient therapy for infidelity, a problem that millions of Americans engage in on a regular basis. Of course those Americans don't have kids looking up to them and countless sponsors banking on their reputations. Perhaps that's what the world needs to be a more honest place?

Michael Fahey is sponsored by Doritos. I like the sound of that.
