As dramatic and exciting as that new Man of Steel trailer was, it could always stand to be tweaked a little. Youtuber Jawiin has gone ahead and recut the trailer using footage from Superman: The Animated Series.
It reminds me of that amazing Batman recut that recreated the Dark Knight with footage (and audio!) from Batman: The Animated Series. This one isn't quite as impressive, but it's still fun.
Okay, okay, my cold heart has melted a bit; this trailer (the actual trailer) has me thinking that maybe Man of Steel will be okay. My Zack Snyder alarms are still going off like crazy, and I've got more than my share of reservations, but maybe… if this trailer is any indication… ugh, I just don't know. I guess I'll se it regardless.
