Re: Has 2009 Hit You Yet?
We drove back from El Paso Saturday, speeding under clear blue skies until we hit Pueblo. Than we hit a snow storm. And another. And another. We spent a good hour going 20 miles an hour before things cleared up a bit. I do love the snow, but driving in it, not so much.
We finally got our Games of the Year awards up on the site as well as our Judges' Choice picks. I still see our annual awards as very much a work in progress. I'm much happier with them this year than I was last year, though there is still room for improvement. I think maybe next year I'm going to open up the finalists to debate within the tower, to allow everyone present to try and argue their cases. That way we may get a bit more diversity and maybe give some of the smaller games more of a chance.
