So, Mass Effect 3 is now out. And everyone who has played it for a few hours, or even been keeping up with it via trailers and screenshots, knows it's a very pretty game. Something we're celebrating here with this look at some of the game's concept art.

If you don't own the game's accompanying art book, you may not have seen many of these images, if any of them.

And if you do own the book, and haven't looked at it yet, don't. Like Mass Effect 2's, it's full of stuff that really should be best saved until you've finished the game.

Just from the demo of ME3, I thought it looked like a 360 launch game, with embarrassing animations and character creation, with hair options that looked like week old soft serve from Dairy Queen. The art design is pretty solid usually, but the character design is also particularly weak (there's a spoilery story about that now on Destructoid, you've been warned).

Not hating, just saying, it's not everyone. Often times when the word "everyone" is used, I almost always disagree (everyone loves ME3's visuals, everyone hates FFXIII, etc.). There's nothing wrong with diversity of opinions. You guys don't need unanimous agreement so i don't know why it's always assumed.
