The Art Of Blade Runner Black Out 2022

The live-action movie isn’t the only Blade Runner out at the moment. Don’t forget Shinichiro Watanabe’s animated prequel, and how damn good it looks.

Part of that is down to Fine Art veteran and artist Paul Chadeisson, who worked on environments for the short. And who has absolutely nailed the look of the universe here with these examples of his art from the project.

There were some incredible shots (like in the art here) and a couple nice animated sequences. Overall though, the rotoscoping and weird facial animations were too distracting to ignore.
