Wrestle War is a Japanese wrestling game that was released in arcades in 1989 (and on Japanese and PAL Mega Drives a couple of years later).
Despite not carrying a single official license, it decided to rip off a number of high-profile wrestlers of the time, like Hulk Hogan (who was awesomely renamed "Titan Morgan") and Lucha Libre legend Mil Máscaras (who in the game was called Nim Rod Falcon).
It was OK, and in Australia and Europe, its Mega Drive cover was eye-catching. But the Japanese Mega Drive box art, seen above and below, is why we're here today. It was incredible.

I'm no cosplayer, but if I ever saw that "Titan Mogan" bandana, I would buy it instantly.
