After disappearing for many years, Dawn of War III is finally coming out in 2017. Vancouver-based studio Relic Entertainment has been working on the game for several years now, since before THQ sold the company to Sega in 2013. Trailer above.

Sega said today that Yakuza 0, the newish prequel to the Japanese gangster series, will be released on PS4 in the West in “early 2017" (it was out in Japan in 2015). If you want to know why this is exciting news, just look at this.

Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice will be out for the 3DS on September 27. The release date was revealed at the SXSW 25th Anniversary Sonic the Hedgehog panel along with a special Sonic Live event in San Diego on July 22, where it’s likely a new game will be announced.

Series creator Toshihiro Nagoshi showed off some Yakuza 6 gameplay on a Sega stream last night. The upcoming installment of the under-appreciated series is a PS4 exclusive due out this fall in Japan. Who knows when it’ll get a western release?
