Just announced for an August 16 release on PlayStation 4 and PC, Inversus is a unique multiplayer shooter from Ryan Juckett, the former lead sandbox engineer on Destiny. Players shoot bullets that fill in the area the enemy team can move, and vice versa. It’s ridiculously fun. See more here.

Chime Sharp, the sequel to one of my favourite old XBLA games, is now out on Steam. It’s got music by Kavinsky and Chvrches, and is rather good if you’re into games like Lumines.

Satellite Reign, a very good video game (especially if you like Syndicate) just got even better with the addition of co-op for the game’s campaign. It’s a free update, and it works both online and via LAN.
