Sony is making a big push for 3D with 3D televisions and a 3D ready game console. But Sony isn't alone, the company says.
According to Sony Worldwide Studios honcho Shuhei Yoshida, "Almost all WWS developers are researching how they can incorporate stereoscopic 3D technology into their games."
"Almost all WWS developers are researching how they can incorporate stereoscopic 3D technology into their games." Meaning? Meaning we'll probably see more 3D games! Yoshida points out that it is better (and easier) to make new 3D titles, instead of shoehorning the tech into existing ones.
Sony's 3D line-up is shaping up with Gran Turismo 5, LittleBigPlanet 2, MotorStorm: Apocalypse and The Sly Collection.
