DISCUSSION

I so badly want more buildings to be connected on higher floors. Obviously all buildings are connected at the ground floor. However, that’s also the level where cars mess things up for pedestrians. Elevated walkways like in Hong Kong or in SF’s embarcadero center are so much more pleasant and lead to more prime retail space. Japan already is great at having retail businesses on higher floors. Imagine how awesome that could be if pay off a city had walkways and maybe even a small train on the 10th floor or so.
