Paul “Otaking” Johnson, the guy who made that amazing one-man Tie Fighter tribute last year, has just released his latest short (this time, with some help), and it’s all about classic arcade shooter R-Type

Johnson released a previewearlier this year, but this is the full clip. It might not be as hectic as the Tie Fighter vid, but it’s incredibly faithful to the source material, from the enemy attacks right down to the way the “level” he flies through is designed.
