Man, it’s been a really bad couple of days. Yesterday we had to rush our greyhound to the emergency vet because she was dripping blood out of places, well places you normally don’t see blood dripping from. They treated her, to the tune of $500, and then sent her home.
This morning Ellie seemed OK… until she started throwing up blood. We brought her back to the vet and now they’re treating a nasty stomach virus with antibiotics, Pepcid AC and our rehdryating her with an IV. Now our third dog, not the puppy, not the greyhound, is starting to show signs of catching what Ellie has.
It’s going to be a long night.
