Netflix on Xbox is Now Kinect Enabled

If you use Netflix on your Xbox 360 and have a Kinect, you'll now be able to control the interface with all the waves and solo high-fives you've been using for the regular video player. Reboot, ya dummy! [Major Nelson]

See I know Kinect does have some benefits... but stuff like this it makes the simple task of making selections LESS convenient than using a remote or something similar. You have no instant way of selecting something, instead you have to hold your hand still for 3 seconds or so to do that, as opposed to pressing a button in a fraction of the time. I get that the tech has a very futuristic effect, but it's nothing more than a gimmick because it instead makes the task take longer to accomplish.
