The second-best part is that Beaker has an animatronic mouth, just like the real puppet. The best part is that the pair are part of the cosplaying Portland Superheroes Coalition, who do community work like visiting hospitals.
If you need proof that there are humans inside, and not just giant hands with a sense of humour, below is a "heads off" shot. Which is as horrifying as it is informative when you only focus on the detatched Muppet heads.
