Mass Effect 3's Combat Looks Better, Especially the Punching

Skip past the blah-blah-pre-order-our-game stuff in the first 110 seconds of the newest official Mass Effect developer video. You'll find a surprisingly encouraging glimpse at Mass Effect 3's combat.

Smarter enemies? Class-specific methods for countering those smarter enemies? Both are good improvements from the older games, but I'm partial to the display of class-specific melee moves. My Commander Shepherd won't just look different than yours and have different powers from yours. She'll also punch cooler.

Mass Effect 3 will be out on March 6, 2012 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
