Sony has posted a LittleBigPlanet 2 FAQ on the PlayStation blog, answering pressing questions about features of the upcoming sequel, from compatibility with LittleBigPlanet downloadable content to adding your own custom voice acting.
While fan-favorite Stephen Fry will be returning as the narrator in LittleBigPlanet 2, his isn't the only voice featured in the new game. According to the LittleBigPlanet FAQ, custom voice acting is one of the many new features in the game building sequel, allowing players to narrate their levels or add voices to their character creations. How wonderfully dangerous is that?
The FAQ covers downloadable content pretty thoroughly. While costumes from LittleBigPlanet the first will be fully compatible with the sequel, as will stickers and building items, though since LittleBigPlanet 2 uses a completely new graphics engine, sequel content will not work in the original game.
We expect tons of new information on the Create mode of LittleBigPlanet 2 comes E3 2010 next month. For now, check out the rest of Sony's FAQ to see if one of your frequently asked questions has been covered.
