Reddit-goer and League of Legends-playing hero Redback93 stitched together a gigantic image of Summoner’s Rift, the central map in Riot’s popular online multiplayer game, using images snagged from its website. It’s a real treat to behold so much wonderfully granular detail.

Dang. I’ve never seen anything outside of the game itself that actually represents its map quite so faithfully and comprehensively. And they say that League only has one map:

I still feel that for LoL to survive and thrive they’ll need to create new maps for the SR “mode”. I’ve played plenty of League and I understand how much intricacy and analysis goes into mastering SR’s geography, but people who claim it would be too hard to learn the ins and outs of a few new maps are just complacent whiners.
