The Japanese hardware market has found a groove, the PSP, Wii and Nintendo DS platform continuing to dominate that charts, the PSPgo untouchable in its abilities to hold tightly onto last place.
This week's tally of winners and losers in the Japanese console war looks remarkably like last week's (and the week before), making hardware sales watchers like me hungry for something new to come along and mix things up. Should Nintendo launch a fourth (or fifth) version of the Nintendo DS to sell to Japanese consumers? Should Sony raise the price of the PSPgo to drop sales of the platform even further? Will the Xbox 360 ever return to its former high point in Japan?
The answer to most of those questions is probably no. Get familiar with the platform placement with this week's hardware battle!
