If you plan on buying Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes next spring, there are several bundlesto choose from. One of which comes with a jacket. It was just announced.

MGS V: Ground Forces is teaming up with Puma for a limited edition “Diamond Dogs” branded MGS V-themed jacket. The jacket is available for the PS3, PS4, and Xbox 360 versions of the game. The bundle is priced at 17,839 yen (US$172) and goes on sale when the game launches in Japan on March 20.
No word yet about a release outside Japan.
