Okay. So there I was, reading the Preamble to the United States Constitution out loud.
“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility,” I said, smiling to myself stupidly, like a dog that just passed gas, only I didn’t pass gas, which is good, because I don’t think this chair could take any more.
“Provide for the common defence,” I continued. “Promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
