You’re in luck—it’s very easy to turn off the music that plays in the background on the Vita. Here’s how:
Tap the green “Settings” icon
Tap on “Sounds & Display”
Uncheck the box next to “System Music”
And presto! You are free to browse your Vita’s menus in peace and quiet.
