If you’re wondering why this looks like Smash Bros. Brawl with Ninja Turtles, it’s because of developer Game Arts.
But don’t expect too many Smash Bros. throwbacks out of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash-Up besides the control scheme. There’s plenty of Turtle lore from the comic books, movies and cartoons for Game Arts to work with.
