I spent today working on the site, writing and hanging out at my mom’s in El Paso, Texas. The entire bottom floor of her house has been gutted. There is no living room, no den, no kitchen, no where to eat.
They’ve converted one of the spare bedroom into all of those things. It was also my office today. Oh! And no air conditioning. So, yeah, there’s that.
It’s kind of like the site today, what with all of the Gawker-wide tech issues.
