The Dead linger is a zombie survival game where you have to scavange goods in order to survive. The Dead Linger have an infected feature where you become a zombie if not treated, however it can be treated with medicine whichs only delays the inevitable. You as a surivor has to defend yourself in a post apocalyptic world that is randomly generated, with hordes of zombies at your tail. In january 2015 Sandswept changed their plans of a random generated "planet sized" world because they could not pull it off properly in Unity. They switched to UnrealEngine 4 and created a fixed map called "Pepper Valley" which is 18x18km. Their goal is to create a realistic and well designed map, which can be modded via Watertower, a house made modding tool with planned workshop support.
