Mario Party Challenge World was planned to be distributed by Raw Thrills in North America, being shown (in an early form) at IAAPA 2017. However, the American release would later be canceled, though several of the prototype units were still sold to various arcade locations. The "final" Raw Thrills version of the game was drastically different from the Japanese original, to the point where it is effectively a different game entirely (lacking the roulette wheel, a touchscreen, etc.).
