Summary

Dot Colony is a 2D colony simulation in which players raise a swarm of dots in a cross-section nest built room by room, including food storage, a hatchery, a nursery and barracks. A Queen lays eggs while a Breeding dial sets the balance between Workers, Pushers and Nurses, and colony behavior can be tuned between nesting, foraging and pushing. The central objective is a tug-of-war against the Wall, a giant rolling log, which Pushers splat against to shove it back toward a rival colony. Food funds a research tree of new rooms and abilities, splats are spent on permanent upgrades, and a campaign called the Dot Trail spans several biomes.
