Barbie Pet Rescue

In “Barbie: Pet Rescue” for Game Boy Color, Barbie must rescue stray animals after a thunderstorm hits Green Arbor Park. She uses vehicles to reach the animals, and some require mini-games to be completed before they can be rescued. Once the animals are back at the Rescue Center, Barbie must increase their health and happiness levels using different treatments. After the animals are healthy and happy, she returns them to their owners, sometimes by completing a final mini-game to match the animal with its parent. Each successful rescue earns Barbie a certificate, and progress is saved through passwords.
