Tokyo police revealed that charges have been filed against former IBM exec Takumi Otoshi. On August 22, Otoshi allegedly used his iPod to film up a young woman's skirt while riding the escalator at JR Yotsuya Station in Tokyo.

Otoshi was the president of IBM Japan between 1999 and 2008. As Tokyo Reporter points out, he was, until recently, a senior adviser to IBM.

A fellow commuter noticed that Otoshi was doing something odd with his iPod and notified station staff. Numerous questionable files were discovered on his iPod. The former exec confessed to authorities, adding, "I have an interest in peeping photos."

In the wake of this incident, Otoshi has submitted his resignation as senior adviser to IBM.
