Fallout 3's Lone Wanderer as a Silly Balloon Sculpture

The bakery might ruin the immersion, but this is where the creator, DjDrummer, makes his balloon sculptures, though usually not gaming related ones.

Here's the Lone Wanderer in his full glory. I wonder what perks this version would have. Increased poison resistance? Silent running? Unique dialogue options?
