Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog: The Video Game

The man known as Dr. Octoroc, previously featured for his 8-Bit Jesus collection of Christmas chiptunes, re-imagines Joss Whedon's "Dr. Horrible's Sing-along Blog" project as "theoretical Nintendo game." It looks way better than Goonies II.

After watching the best 8-bit version of Neil Patrick Harris you'll ever see, head over to Dr. Octoroc's official site to grab the soundtrack, shower him with money and check out his other projects... and then shower him with money. And thanks to everyone who sent this in, but it was the Doc that beat you to it!

Looks better than the musical itself, which I just did not get.

Seriously, if Joss Whedon directed Airplane, he'd make the plane crash at the end, everyone die painfully, and the characters out of the plane shed a silent tear as the credits rolled by.

Because honestly, what better way to end a pure comedy other than in complete sadness and angst, amirite?

(Dammit, what is it with me starting controversial topics recently? To all who will eventually reply defending the musical, please excuse my bluntness. I just really don't see the point of ending a musical comedy with a sad ending out of nowhere.)
