I live in Osaka, but I’m from Dallas. Got pinged today with word that at the A-Kon 21 convention in Dallas Japanese gaming circle Zero Zigen will be doing a meet and great for their multi-lingual title Koenchu!, which follows the adventures of Souta as he tries to become a professional voice actor. If you are in Dallas, stop by A-Kon 21 and check out the festivities. More info here
OH, speaking of Japan and Dallas, someone once asked me what the name of the Japanese restaurant I usually go to with my family when we’re in Dallas. I might have answered, but I might have forgotten to. Anyhoo, I found that restaurant’s site. You can visit it here. Word to the wise, the food’s great, but don’t order sake there. Way overpriced!
