I bought dental floss today. I love dental floss. Flossing isn’s so big in Japan. A dentist here once told me that the dental IQ of Japanese people is somewhat lower than Americans. I have noticed that it has gotten better over the years, however.
That’s the thing that always amazes me about America. You’ll see loads of overweight people, but everyone has beautiful smiles. While in Japan, people generally seem to be in better physical shape, but, like I said, the dental IQ might be lacking.
You notice fewer kids with braces here. People don’t mind crooked smiles, which actually isn’t so bad once you get used to the notion!
