13. Akane Owari
Akane is another survivor from the original Danganronpa 2, and though the air-headed Ultimate Gymnast is funny and usually unhelpful in solving cases, she does have a pretty satisfying arc throughout the whole game as she deals with the reality of losing her friends one by one. That said, I feel like Danganronpa 2 did about as much with her as it could, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the surviving roster clears her space for someone else.
