7. Ibuki Mioda
Ibuki is one of the “lovable but stupid” characters Danganronpa loves to tout out, and though her personality shines in the interactions she has before her death in chapter three, the Ultimate Musician deserves a real spotlight in round two. I can’t imagine Ibuki, with all her spunky silliness, becoming a killer in 2×2, unless she ends up taking MIkan’s place as the “deep dark secret” reveal character, so I think she’s a perfect candidate for one of the “less helpful” survivors this time around.
