The inmates at Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in The Philippines first captured the internet's imagination a few years back by doing dance routines.
There was Michael Jackson's "Thriller", and the Haruhi dance from the Haruhi Suzumiya anime. This time, they're back, burning up YouTube with their take on "Gangnam Style".
There's been criticism about these dance numbers—namely that they don't rehabilitate the prisoners or that they are a form of abuse. Some prisoners, it seems, disagree.
"Before... we just get our food and go back to our cell, and if we don't have anything to do we just talk," a prisoner told USA Today back in 2007. "But it is different now. Every day we are very busy preparing to dance for our upcoming shows. We are very proud of what we have done."
