This is Koyuki. She is a 9 years-old, a Scottish Fold, and never looks like a happy camper.
As pointed out by Game Over, this is one of the angriest-looking cats I’ve seen. Even when Koyuki is happy, she looks ticked. Just check out her permanent glare.
