It's not every day you find a Kotaku editor in downtown Atlanta. Normally I'm about 10 miles north, but for Dragon Con 2011 I'm making an exception.
I'll be hanging out at one of the world's largest science fiction and fantasy conventions this weekend, taking photos, taking names, and taking whatever gaming news might pop up. Tonight I stopped by to pick up my badge, and ran into a couple of familiar plumbers on the way home. They sure look different without the facial hair, don't they?
The convention powers-that-be tell me they're expecting some 45,000 attendees over the course of the long weekend. I'll be the tall sweaty guy trying to take professional cosplay photos with a phone. Where the hell did I put that camera battery?
If you've got something gaming-related going on at the convention this weekend, drop me a line, and I'll see if I can't stop by. I'm sure there's some contact info somewhere around here.
