Had a bit of late breaking news today just as I was about to call it a day. The lawyers involved in the whole Infinity Ward, Activision Modern Warfare 2 suit had a hearing today and filed an amended complaint. That’s fancy talk for, they did more finger pointing. Of course it is one sided finger pointing, but man is it juicy. A police state? You don’t say? Keep an eye out for an Activision response. We hit them up, but haven’t heard back yet.
