Some of the bugs in the newly released Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires sure look familiar. Too bad they muck up the gameplay experience. How rude!

Released in Japan on November 20 for actual money, expansion Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires allows players to customize their characters as well as marry and have offspring. But the game doesn't exactly seem like it is ready for primetime. Players are still finding bugs on the various platform versions that go beyond freezing up and losing game data.

Faces like this, for example.

Might've seen these issues coming! Here's an image from the game's demo.

Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires will be released in North America and Europe in late January on PS3, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Hopefully these bugs will be addressed by then. Because this is bad. This is very bad.
