This is why I didn't stick with RDR multiplayer. I never once got into a game where anyone wanted to do anything other than run around throwing tomahawks at each other. I was able to stay out of the madness and do a hideout and some challenges on my own and got enough xp to stop riding a donkey. Read more

I am now looking forward to Guild Wars 2 even more than bioware's Old Republic game. Thanks to everything arenanet has written and the Ghosts of Ascalon novel, I am getting a real sense for their world; the history, the races, how their magic and technology work, etc. Read more

@the7k: Well Guardian Heroes is Treasure (as you probably know) so sega couldn't remake that if they wanted to. Now fighter's megamix I loved and absolutely played the hell out of, but we've already got VF5 and I don't know if there is anyone really crying themselves to sleep at night about no fighting vipers sequels. The biggest pain (back when multiplayer was on dialup) was arm swarms of Brawlers causing massive lag. You'd get a huge spike, then when the game started again half your base was gone.
