I actually think this could be effective - not even a fan of FNAF. As long as they can come up with a good reason for the protagonist to be trapped in the same space for 5 days, and they focus solely on that character, it could be an interesting film along the lines of Locke, Buried, Phonebooth - films that stick to Read more

A lot of what makes FNaF interesting is the fact that it’s a game. A movie set in a single room where the main character never leaves his chair doesn’t work, because without giving the audience the direct feeling of helplessness the tension loses a lot of its punch. Read more

Honestly, if they made it kid-friendly— it may be a pretty cute movie. I always felt the game was child-friendly as it lacked any real violence. It really is just silly jump scares and a creepy plot. I’m down for that, my nephew adores the game and he is 8. Read more
