The whole negative/neutral/positive case pressure situation is largely irrelevant as long as air is being circulated through the case period. It’s more of a matter of how much dust you want to avoid accumulating in your case, but if your room is relatively dust free, then it doesn’t really matter.

Ideally, you would want your the cases airflow to looks like this, but if you don’t have a fan slot in the bottom of your case then I wouldn’t bother with flipping the rear exhaust fan. That would just disturb the airflow of your case.

I got one of those cases that has filter screens that are easily removed on all the ventilation.
