I’ve spent easily a 100 or more hours playing Minecraft on PC (not to mention on mobile) and I’ve got an active Realms subscription to play with my brothers and cousins AND I’ve got a bunch of games I’ve been meaning to play (including the great ARMS on the Switch)... and yet every night over the past few days I’ve Read more

The Switch has made me realize how many times I’ve decided against playing a game on the TV because it felt like too much of a hassle. The actual amount of effort involved is negligible but it doesn’t feel that way when the mood strikes me. Read more

I second Disgaea 5 on the Switch being the definitive version. It’s every bit as good as the PS4 with all the DLC and it’s portable. They even kept the trophies. I had a blast replaying it. Read more

Since they created the ‘Classics’ logo branding on the SNES Classic edition, my basic thoughts are they will release a “mini” console annually (NES/SNES/N64/GC) with multiple games contained therein. Wait, the internet told me that women ruin video games. I don’t know what to believe anymore! Read more

Women play video games? Why that’s a notion so preposterous that I shall need to fetch my fainting couch and smelling salts! Read more

I felt a bit underwhelmed overall, but maybe that’s because we’re kind of in the middle of the current console generation, and it seems like publishers aren’t waiting till E3 to announce stuff (at least not like they used to). Read more

Anthem looks like a Destiny retread and the forced multiplayer makes it a no-buy for me. First Bioware game I will not get since the Sonic RPG. But even if I were into multiplayer games, I don’t get why everyone in the games media is losing their minds over it. Read more

Nintendo really saved this years E3 for me. Read more
