Yup, excellent points. I'd add that "Razer" and their whole logo/aesthetic is tremendously goofy, as well. They're going to have to shed the "Harder than Core" image if they want to punch in the big boy class. But gamers could be their toehold demographic, just as creatives were Apple's. Read more

It doesn't need to be saved. It'll continue as a healthy niche pastime for at least another decade. But traditional, graphics-oriented, hard core PC gaming is—if not dying—at least not thriving.
