It would require a pretty large shift in what the company does for them to become a publisher for the 3DS. They publish niche PC games and develop grand strategy titles, and it's the nook they've settled into quite well. Dunno if you've noticed buy Grand Strategy isn't exactly a thriving genre on the 3DS.
