Exactly! And I do like that aspect of the game, the idea that you can only succeed if EVERYONE pitches in and works together! It just seems like some players did not understand that. Read more

I do understand the benefits of using the locks! It’s just that from my experience, that mechanic also made a lot of players’ experiences difficult. In one game I played, so many players had left locked trucks in the way that people took to unlocking them with wrenches. Read more

Eventually I did start asking for rides! I did also build a truck at one point, but the base didn’t happen to have fuel, so unfortunately I had to leave my truck at the vehicle building station until fuel was brought to the base. Felt really bad about that. Read more

It took me a while to figure out that the kits never run out of uses. I felt bad because I kept wasting supplies. At least I made more to make up for what I’ve lost... in the end I probably didn’t contribute as much to the war effort in that battle as I did in the one I described towards the end of the article.
