@icedrake523: The problem lies with those of us who prefer to use the stylus to avoid smudging our screens have to either constantly swap it in and out of the DS or hold it awkwardly while trying to play the game. It's particularly annoying that you have to push an extra button to activate dpad/button input in the Read more

@SageofMusic: EBA was admittedly a decent game, I can't think of anything else worthwhile that needed the touchscreen. Read more

@Bobosaurio: This kind of argument is utterly pointless in a debate (which is what this thread is). It's a waste of everyone's time, especially your own. Read more

@rolsenrob: I'm of the opinion that motion controls are absolutely worthless without tactile feedback and the logistics of making a cheap affordable controller that can push back are so absurd that we're much more likely to invent brain-machine interfaces, which will render the whole concept of motion control moot. Read more

@Revival: It's just sad that we'll be paying extra for a feature we wont use. That and there will likely be otherwise good games that worsen themselves trying to make use of 3D. Read more

@yanipheonu: I've watched a fare share of 3D movies and played a few 3D games. Neither added anything of value to the experience, especially not something worth sacrificing framerates for. If 3D games on the DS are really only going at a maximum of 30 frames per second, things are going to be grim. Read more

@Bloodoflamb: Odd, I felt the opposite. Avatar actually did a good job of showing off what 3d was capable of. With Toy Story 3 I just ended up I'd seen the 2D version the whole time so I could have seen it in full color/brightness. Read more

@rolsenrob: I think the Wii is the best example. I'm still of the opinion that motion controls are an absolutely terrible idea. Nintendo's making lots of money with the Wii, but are they actually making good games using the wiimote? There aren't many in my opinion. Read more

I honestly wasn't that big of a fan of the DS either. The two screens do have some limited advantages, but the touch screen was an awful idea. Every single DS game I've played (and I've played a lot) that uses the touch screen is worse for it.Of course, if you wanted a good portal library of games, you had to get a DS. Read more

3D sucks in movies and it'll suck in games. Nintendo is doing yet another shitty gimmick that will hurt the platform as a whole. Sadly, I'll get one anyway since it's the only handheld with a decent games library Read more

That looks way better than her old costume. I'm sure all the real comics fans will blow a gasket over this though. Read more

@junior ghoul: Fair enough, but we don't go around calling people with pacemakers, knee or vertebrae replacements, or any of the other multitude of plastic or metal bits that doctors have been sticking in people for years bionic, and a lot of them qualify a hell of a lot more than this cat. @G-Squared: Aesthetics has been pretty high on Apple's list of priorities for quite a while now. They used to be able to do it without making such huge sacrifices to other, more important, aspects of the product though. Read more

I hope the thing about firmware was a mistake. Delaying console updates to non-paying customers is an absolutely terrible idea. Read more

@Pretty Sneaky Sis: Natal always sounded awkward, especially since no one knew how to pronounce it correctly. Kinect is a vast improvement in my opinion. Read more

It could be because I'm not really a comics fan, but I don't think it looks too bad, it's certainly better than that absurd ultimate thor image in my opinion. Read more
