Definitely agree the writing deteriorates. This show tries to go into this sort of place that Ghost in The Shell: Stand Alone Complex tries to explore with the Laughingman and Copycats, but it goes about it in a very shallow way.

This manga is just so good, trust me when i say you should read this now. The best of this manga is the way it starts, it’s a slow pace but it shows how the society reacts to the outbreak and it gets better and better.
