I think there would be a different type of gameplay experience. I mean, you'd have a whole stealth element to it. Like running from cops turns into blending into a group of random thugs.
Though in terms of weaving and cutting through traffic, you can still have it. I mean, games and devs probably won't add traffic jams… Read more

My problem with Sleeping Dogs has always been one of the minor criticisms of GTA, not enough people. Hong Kong is one of the world's MEGA CITIES. For Wei to be able to run and shoot round an area like Central or the markets is nigh impossible. Though then again this is a game and I'm asking for too much.
